Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy:

We do accept returns for a few situations:

If you find your product defective or unsatisfactory in some way, please contact us directly.  We will be happy to discuss and remedy the situation.  For any undamaged product, simply return it with any included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 60 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

If your products are damaged upon receipt; again, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to try remedy the situation.  

Total value of the resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase. 

Exchanges: 
Due to the nature of our items, stock is limited, and some items may not be reproduced therefore if the item cannot be exchanged either a refund or a credit towards another product may be available. If you are unsatisfied with the original product received and would like to put the value of the refund towards a different product on our website; please, contact us to discuss how this process will work.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
